NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

Introduction

This policy applies to all purchases of services or products that require a non-refundable deposit ("Deposit") made from Stampression Creative ("Seller"). By paying the Deposit, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The Deposit is required to reserve and secure your service or product. The Deposit is non-refundable, which means that if you cancel your order or fail to complete payment, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Deposit.

Partial Payment

If you have paid more than the required Deposit, the amount paid in excess of the Deposit may be refundable or non-refundable, depending on the terms of the purchase agreement between you and Seller.

Service or Product Cancellation

If you cancel your service or product before it is completed or delivered, you may forfeit the Deposit, depending on the terms of the purchase agreement between you and Seller. Seller reserves the right to retain the Deposit to cover any costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Service or Product Completion

If Seller is unable to complete or deliver the service or product for any reason, Seller may offer to refund the Deposit or provide a credit for future services or products, at Seller's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Seller's liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be limited to the Deposit amount paid by you. In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or loss of use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Tennessee and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Entire Agreement

This policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Seller with respect to the Deposit and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. No modification of this policy shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

By paying the Deposit, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, do not pay the Deposit.
